URGENT REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF FILES IN MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE INVOLVING SABOTAGE OF GOVERNMENT LAND GRANTS

HRM Ndahura II Kashagama, Traditional Leader of Busongora, urgently requests a review of case files involving miscarriages of justice related to sabotage of government land grants. Detailing a series of legal battles against land grabbers, he emphasizes his wrongful prosecution and subsequent acquittal, and now unjust detention. He appeals for support from Ugandan judicial authorities to protect community lands and uphold the legitimate rights and duties of the Traditional Authorities of Busongora.
